After-sales Service:

1. On-site arrival time upon receiving a service request: Calculated from the time the call is received, our technical personnel will provide pre-emptive guidance via telephone to troubleshoot the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved, an emergency response will be provided within 24 hours.

2. Problem resolution time: Calculated from the time the call is received, our technical personnel will provide pre-emptive guidance via telephone to troubleshoot the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved, an emergency response will be provided. For distances of 500-800 kilometers, arrival will be within 24 hours; for 1000-1800 kilometers, within 36 hours; and for 2000-3000 kilometers, within 72 hours. Under normal circumstances, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the user intentionally tests our after-sales service, the user shall compensate three times the incurred costs.

3. After-sales service commitment during the warranty period: Warranty period: Our company provides warranty service for the products supplied during the validity period of this agreement. From the date of purchase, a one-year warranty is provided for the main components of the machine, gearbox, tie rod, hydraulic system (excluding oil pipes), and cutter shaft (excluding those caused by quality problems and human error).

The hydraulic cylinder has a 6-month warranty. Wear parts: Rubber and plastic products, blades, bearings, cross-joints, etc., are not covered by the warranty. Damage caused by human error is also not covered by the warranty. During the warranty period, the supplier will repair and replace parts damaged due to quality issues free of charge. For parts damaged outside the warranty period, the supplier will only charge the cost price for the provided parts. For equipment damage caused by the buyer's human error, the supplier will charge a fee for repairs or provided parts at cost price.

Early warning system: The customer service system will pre-judge faults and conduct at least two telephone follow-ups per year.

Response time: The response time is calculated from the time the call is received. Our technical personnel will provide telephone guidance for preliminary troubleshooting. If the problem cannot be resolved, an emergency response will be initiated within 24 hours. Under normal circumstances, we will resolve the immediate issue as quickly as possible. If the user intentionally tests the company's after-sales service, the user shall provide compensation of three times the incurred costs.

4. After-sales service commitment outside the warranty period: (Detailed after-sales service charges) Our company provides lifetime service for the supplied products. Even after the product is out of warranty, our company will provide normal service. Purchase all accessories at a 10-20% discount from the normal price. For large items, we will only charge for the accessories and will not charge extra for labor.
