Self-propelled Solid Fertilizer Spreader

Self-propelled Solid Fertilizer Spreader is mainly used for spreading livestock manure back to the field, suitable for various large-scale farmlands, with high working efficiency, uniform spreading and low cost.

It features a low center of gravity and high efficiency. The tires are installed on both sides of the tank with a platform height of 1150mm, ensuring a low vehicle center of gravity, easy loading, high spreading efficiency, as well as stable and fast traveling. It enables uniform spreading with a large coverage width. Equipped with two vertical spiral crushing and spreading augers, it can spread fertilizer quickly and evenly with a coverage of 8–12 meters, and even efficiently spread manure and sludge with a water content of 80%.

It has strong adaptability and causes no damage to farmland. The traveling mechanism adopts a rigid half-shaft independent suspension, and the double-bridge wheels can swing left and right according to the terrain. The vehicle wheel track is designed in line with the ridge spacing, avoiding farmland damage and vehicle sinking. It has a large capacity and minimal residue: the tank adopts an inverted trapezoidal structure with good fluidity and little residual material.

The gearbox and transmission box of this auger fertilizer spreader are all original imported, boasting excellent quality and reliable performance; the crushing blades are made of boron steel for high wear resistance.
