Customer selected products: silage reclaimer, electric pusher

A large modern dairy farm in Russia with more than 4,000 dairy cows purchased an IMETEC Silage Loader and Electric Feed Pusher. Due to the farm's large scale, a significant amount of silage had to be handled daily. Traditional manual feeding operations were not only inefficient but also resulted in increasing labor costs. After evaluating several suppliers and solutions, the farm selected IMETEC equipment.

After installation, the Silage Loader enabled fast and uniform silage extraction while maintaining a clean silage face, helping reduce secondary fermentation and feed losses. The Electric Feed Pusher ensured that feed remained within easy reach of the cows throughout the day, improving feeding accessibility and consistency. After several months of operation, the farm reported improved feed utilization, reduced labor requirements, and more consistent feed intake across the herd.
