Imetec heavy duty spreader truck (Model 9PS/9SLQ) is a high-efficiency equipment specially designed for large-scale pastures with more than 10,000 cattle, integrating bedding material spreading and feed distribution. With extra-large capacity, strong power and high reliability, it has become a key piece of machinery for large pastures to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
This series adopts high-quality heavy-duty chassis from Sinotruk, Shacman, Foton and other brands, with 6×4 or 8×4 driving modes, matching National VI diesel engines of 350–460 horsepower, ensuring sufficient power under full load and adapting to muddy, sloping and complex road conditions in pastures. The tank volume ranges from 20 to 36 cubic meters, which can meet the feeding and bedding needs of thousands of livestock in a single trip.
The truck features a heavy-duty wear-resistant structure: the tank body is made of 3.75mm thick steel plate, and the bottom plate is reinforced with 5mm high-strength manganese steel, featuring impact resistance and long service life. The entire vehicle adopts hydraulic drive and intelligent control, realizing one-key switching of single-sided/double-sided discharge in the cab, with adjustable spreading speed and width. It can be equipped with an electronic weighing system with an error within ±2% to achieve precise feeding.
Suitable for spreading cow bedding materials such as sand, rice hulls and fermented manure, as well as TMR total mixed ration delivery and organic fertilizer application. Operated by a single person, it greatly reduces labor input, and one truck can replace 20–30 workers, greatly improving the operation efficiency of large pastures.
